postpartum therapy

How do I know if I need postpartum therapy?

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty connecting with your partner, experiencing persistent sadness, feeling tense, or struggling with intrusive thoughts that make it hard to function or bond with your baby, you're not alone. Therapy provides a soft place to land as you navigate these complex shifts in identity and mood during the early stages of motherhood.

How do I know if I should start therapy when I'm pregnant?

Perinatal therapy is supportive at any point during your journey—from planning for baby to the late stages of pregnancy. If fertility struggles, pregnancy anxiety, or past birth trauma are weighing on you, starting therapy now can help you build the coping tools and emotional resilience needed for the transition ahead.

Do you offer virtual or in person therapy in New Jersey?

As of April 2026, we offer flexible virtual therapy sessions across all of New Jersey, allowing you to prioritize your wellness from the comfort of your nursery or home from the hours of 7am-10pm for before your baby wakes up and even some after bedtime hours.

Do you take insurance or private pay?

We accept private pay and most major insurances. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can focus on your recovery and growth.
